Silver Package – On the Day Co-Ordination. This package applies for
Events too.
- Up to 3 consultations, in which the wedding plans will be discussed in detail
- Preparation of a detailed itinerary of the wedding day
- Supervision of the set up of the ceremony site, flower arrangement, etc
- Assistance to the bride and wedding party prior to the ceremony
- Transportation of small items from the ceremony to the reception
- Supervision of the set up of the reception site
- Placement of centrepieces, placecards, etc
- Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers, etc)
- Supervision of and communication with vendors for the duration of the reception
- Assistance to the guests in any way possible, and the handling of anything unexpected
- Issue payment to vendors and suppliers
From £350
Gold Package – This package is for brides who have done a lot of their own planning but would like some help bringing the details and the day together.
- Unlimited consultations by telephone, email or in person
- Develop a wedding budget
- Locate and contract up to 5 suppliers approved by you (if still required)
- Work with you and the suppliers as to your preferences and needs
- Communicate with the suppliers on your behalf
- Develop a schedule of supplier deposits, payments and balance due dates updated regularly
- Be present at your rehearsal and assist with same
- Develop a wedding day itinerary
- Supervision of the set up of the ceremony & reception venue, flower arrangement, centrepieces, placecards and decoration
- Assistance to the bride and wedding party prior to the ceremony
- Transportation of small items from the ceremony to the reception
- Receiving deliveries on your behalf (wedding cake, flowers, etc)
- Supervision of and communication with vendors for the duration of the reception
- Assistance to the guests in any way possible, and the handling of anything unexpected

From £700
Platinum Package – Full personal and detailed planning
- Unlimited consultations, on such subjects as wedding style, degree of formality, wording of invitations, music for the ceremony, wording of wedding vows, colour, design and themes
- Develop a detailed budget & mood board with all your wedding ideas & theme
- Help with finding a ceremony & reception venue, obtain estimates for your approval
- Consultation as to the reception menu, wine list, drinks reception
- Help with stationary selection, invitations, order or services, table plan etc. We can provide these for you, handmade, extra charge applicable
- Obtain estimates from caterers, photographers, DJ and/or band, florist, baker for your approval, and handle communication with them
- Contact rental business for tables, chairs, linens etc, arrange delivery & collection and determine which items are to be rented, where applicable
- Communicate with all the suppliers on your behalf
- Assistance in finding a registrar if required
- Develop a schedule of supplier deposits, payments and balance due dates updated regularly
